Silversea Cruises is a family owned and operated cruise line. They launched their first ship in 1994, the Silver Cloud with the intent of creating an ultra-luxury niche in the cruise market. Silversea’s fleet of six ships offers luxurious amenities and personalized service on itineraries that take their ships to worldwide destinations. Their intimate ships also carry fewer guests than many other cruise lines. Silversea Cruises hires an international crew. Note that V. Ships Leisure is the only crew management agency that Silversea uses.
