Paul Gauguin Cruises is owned by Pacific Beachcomber S.C., a French Polynesia luxury destination resort operator. The Paul Gauguin was launched in 1998 offering luxurious cruises in the French Polynesia. The ship completed a $7 million renovation in January 2012. In December 2012, the Tere Moana will join the fleet after her multimillion dollar refurbishment. That vessel will offer itineraries in Europe and the Caribbean.
